Welcome to WaySpare, an online multi-vendor marketplace designed for buying and selling automobile parts, accessories, and related products. By accessing, registering, or using the WaySpare platform (website, mobile app, or APIs), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between:
(a) WaySpare (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), and
(b) You (“User”, “Vendor/Seller”, “Buyer”, “Customer”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the WaySpare platform.
Platform: WaySpare’s online marketplace for automobile and vehicle-related products.
User: Any individual accessing the platform.
Vendor/Seller: A registered business or individual authorized to list, advertise, and sell items on WaySpare.
Buyer: Any user purchasing products listed on the platform.
Content: Includes product listings, images, descriptions, reviews, etc.
To use WaySpare:
You must be at least 18 years old.
Vendors must hold valid business documentation (GST, PAN, Bank Account, Business License where applicable).
Users must provide accurate information (name, mobile, email, address).
WaySpare is a technology platform only.
We provide the marketplace for vendors to list and sell products.
We do not own or control products listed by vendors.
We are not responsible for the quality, completeness, legality, or originality of products uploaded by vendors.
All transactions occur directly between Buyer and Vendor.
Vendors agree to:
Provide accurate business information during registration.
Upload genuine, original, and legally allowed products.
WaySpare reserves the right to:
Approve or reject vendor accounts.
Disable vendor listings for violations.
Hold seller payouts in case of fraud, disputes, or non-compliance.
Buyers agree to:
Provide accurate shipping information.
Not misuse or abuse the platform.
Not engage in fraudulent transactions.
Accept product delivery and comply with return policies.
Vendors must ensure that product listings:
Are legal and compliant with applicable Indian laws.
Do not violate any intellectual property rights.
Prohibited products include:
Stolen goods
Restricted automotive parts (as per government regulations)
Hazardous materials without proper certification
Fake, counterfeit, or branded duplicate items
Vendors set their own product prices.
Buyers agree to pay the total order amount including taxes, delivery fees, and other charges.
WaySpare may charge sellers commissions or service fees for transactions.
Payouts to sellers will follow the settlement cycle published by WaySpare (after deducting commissions, penalties, cancellations, etc.).
Vendors are responsible for packaging and shipping orders as per platform guidelines.
WaySpare may provide shipping partners or allow self-shipping.
Delayed shipping or failure to ship may result in penalties.
Buyers may request returns/refunds based on category-specific policies.
Vendors must accept valid return requests and process refunds promptly.
WaySpare may intervene and make a final decision in dispute cases.
Items damaged by the buyer or used beyond reasonable inspection may be rejected.
WaySpare may charge:
Commission fees
Listing fees
Transaction fees
Penalties for policy violations, order cancellation, or late dispatch
WaySpare reserves the right to revise charges with prior notice.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos on WaySpare belong to their respective owners.
Vendor content remains their property but grants WaySpare a license to display it.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or scrape platform content without permission.
Users agree not to post:
Abusive, defamatory, or false statements
Hate speech or offensive content
Spam or promotional content
Misleading or manipulated reviews
WaySpare may remove or block such content.
WaySpare is not liable for:
Quality or authenticity of vendor products
Late delivery or failure to ship
Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
WaySpare may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Fraudulent activity
Providing false details
Policy violations
Abusive behavior
Illegal product listings
User data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
WaySpare does not sell or misuse user data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
WaySpare reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.

Vendor or buyer fraud
Losses due to system downtime or technical issues
Are not misleading or false.
Are correctly categorized.
Ensure product descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate.
Ship products within the stated dispatch timeline.
Maintain adequate inventory levels.
Honour return, refund, and warranty policies as per listing.
