REFUND & RETURN POLICY

WaySpare
Effective Date: 11 December 2025


1. Introduction

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on the WaySpare platform.
WaySpare offers refunds only on selected products. Products that do not have a refund option will not be eligible for refund under any condition.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund is available only for products that are clearly marked as:
“Refund Available” / “Return Eligible”
on the product page.

Products eligible for refund may include:

  • Products damaged during delivery

  • Products with manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Wrong variant (model, size, color, compatibility)

Products not eligible for refund include:

  • Products marked as “No Refund / No Return”

  • Electrical/electronic parts (in most cases)

  • Spare parts that have been installed or used

  • Duplicate/aftermarket parts clearly listed as non-refundable

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales

If the product page says “No Refund Available”, then that item cannot be refunded under any circumstance.


3. Return Window

Eligible products must be returned within:
3–7 days from the date of delivery (based on product category).

WaySpare may ask for:

  • Photos or videos of the received product

  • Unboxing video (optional but recommended)

Failure to provide required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Conditions for Return Approval

For a return and refund to be approved:

  1. The item must be in original condition.

  2. The item must have original packaging, labels, and accessories.

  3. The item must not be used, installed, or tampered.

  4. The product must match all details of the original order.

  5. A valid reason must be provided.

If the product is returned in damaged/used condition, the refund will be rejected.


5. Refund Process

Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned item:

  • Refund will be approved or rejected based on condition.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued as:

    • Bank transfer

    • UPI

    • Wallet credit

    • Or original payment method (if supported)

WaySpare may hold refunds if there is:

  • Misuse of return policy

  • Attempted fraud

  • Wrong product returned

  • Dispute between buyer and seller


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product listed as Non-Refundable

  • Product used or installed

  • Product damaged by the customer

  • Wrong product ordered by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Variation in color due to lighting/display

  • Missing original packaging

  • No proof of issue provided

  • Beyond the return window


7. Replacement Policy

For some categories, the vendor may offer replacement instead of refund.
Replacement availability will be shown on the product page.


8. Vendor-Specific Policies

Different vendors on WaySpare may have different policies.
The product listing page always shows:

  • Refund available or not

  • Replacement available or not

  • Return window

  • Additional conditions

Buyers must read the product page carefully before ordering.


9. Dispute Resolution

If there is any disagreement between buyer and seller regarding a refund:

  • WaySpare will review the case

  • Final decision will be made based on evidence

  • Both parties must comply with the final decision
